My passion has always been sustainable agricultural practices, particularly biodynamic farming and soil conservation. I’ve dedicated countless hours to studying soil nutrients and minerals because they are the foundation of plant health, animal health and, ultimately, all life on our planet.

Sadly, I’ve witnessed a troubling trend towards prioritising production over the well-being of our soil, plants, and animals. Seeing loved ones suffer from preventable ailments and diseases due to nutrient imbalances has only fuelled my determination.

My mission is clear: to empower everyone with the knowledge and tools they need to enhance their health and lifestyle through better nutrition. This can be achieved with a continuous supply of fresh, clean and green fruit and vegetables for everyday use. But sometimes, through limited space, water restrictions etc., an alternative is also to use hydroponics.
